Below are some pictures (thanks Mardy) of the Adelaide Soaring Club and Gawler Microlights dinner and presentation night held on 22-Oct-05.

Acheivement Award went to Pete Grosse for his flight across the Eyre Penninsula.
Encouragement Award went to Alby for getting back in the air after a few set backs.
Thank You Award went to Andrew Wright for his weather presentation.

"Rocky may not tell you this, but he was nominated by me for the Adelaide Souring Club's "Galah Award". He came second and did not win the award however it was a lot of fun. He was nominated for not fitting a safety wire to the exhaust spring (after nagging us). It failed and hit the prop and got sent up into the wing (tearing it badly). The trike was sold to Sean at this point. The wing had to be pulled apart and sent to Airborne for fabric repair. When the wing was returned, it took Rob and I a full day to put it back together. Not bad for a CFI."
